SAP ABAP Developer
Spinnaker Support
• Provide remote-based SAP 4th level support for our global customers in various industries. • Resolve complicated issues requiring expert level debugging skills. • Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, with excellent customer focus and communication, and friendly interaction. • Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure. • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely with extensive SAP experience and good analytic skills.
Job Requirements
- 18+ years ABAP Development Experience
- Proficient in ABAP Development and debugging of both custom and SAP standard code.
- Ability to analyse and fix issues in SAP standard code.
- Experience with ABAP OO, ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, SOAP/REST APIs, XML/JSON, Enhancement Framework.
- Functional Awareness – understanding of SAP master data, transactions and configuration.
- Provide advice on the implementation of performance improvements for existing ABAP programs.
- Ability to work remotely within a close regional and global team environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting new skills as required.
