Senior HRIS Analyst

Apis Services, Inc.

• Develops, maintains, and enhances HR reports, dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows. • Builds automated reporting processes using Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint, and other analytics tools. • Creates HR dashboards and data visualizations using data from ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro, and other HRIS platforms. • Automates recurring reports and alerts to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder visibility. • Ensures reports are accurate, timely, and delivered to appropriate stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of Power BI and Power Automate experience required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of HRIS data, reporting, analytics, or systems experience required.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro, or similar HRIS platforms required.
  • Experience with Power Query, DAX, ETL processes, data validation, and data visualization required.
  • Experience with SharePoint list automation and advanced Excel required.
  • Strong Power BI dashboard development and data visualization skills.
  • Strong Power Automate workflow and reporting automation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Query, DAX, ETL, and data validation techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
