Role Description We are excited to hire a Service Delivery Coordinator for our growing practice. You will be working with our Australia and India teams to streamline our Recruitment delivery processes and activities. You will join a supportive team to work on a wide variety of IT roles spread across different locations in Australia. We are working remotely, so you can be based anywhere in India. - We deliver Recruitment services for Australia-based clients only. - You will be starting early in the morning to align close to the Australian timezone. - We have managed 70-110% growth year to year for the last 3 years. - Collate various requirements and their details from clients. - Liaise with a recruiter to ensure timely delivery. - Maintain required trackers and data related to team submissions and client delivery. - Organize Candidate interviews and schedule with clients. - Respond to queries from clients. - Maintain Trello cards and role allocation as instructed by the Account Managers. - Candidate submissions via various channels including emails, and portal uploads.
