Role Description Crossroads Home Care Services is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our growing team in the greater Grand Rapids area. In this role, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to older adults, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Role Description The Homeward Mortgage Team is responsible for conducting the financial review and approval of every customer that works with Homeward. This position will challenge your ability to manage complex operational processes while working cross-functionally with other teams including product, engineering, and customer experience among others. - Responsible for assembling, preparing, and reviewing/verifying documents for a loan closing while ensuring all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements are met. - Prepare Closing Disclosures (Initial & Revised) in Encompass and complete an accurate and compliant Closing Disclosure to be provided to the borrower within the TRID timing guideline requirements. - Monitor the borrower’s receipt of the Closing Disclosure. - Ensure accuracy of documents sent to closing, including but not limited to borrower names, rate, term and loan type, first payment date and escrow information. - Analyze and interpret compliance reports (MAVENT). Role Description EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate part-time Online/Virtual Special Education Teacher to support students for one of your school site in Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. - Deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs. - Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). - Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation. - Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, school administrators, and families to support student success. - Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic, behavioral, and social growth. - Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district requirements. • Provide subject-matter leadership and operational support to school counseling personnel in implementing programming, including high school placements, student safety counseling, and risk management, students in distress training and solutions for college and career readiness. • Provide subject matter expertise in multifaceted areas impacting school counseling to support, guide, and strengthen the implementation of ASCA-modeled comprehensive programs for Connections Academy partner schools. • Mentor, coach, and advise counseling leaders through program implementation, including troubleshooting complex issues and elevating best practices across schools. • Research graduation and other educational requirements for assigned and developing schools; • Support new schools in obtaining High School CEEB and related Online Provider Codes; • Organize and deliver the National Counseling LiveLesson program, Connections Academy’s school counseling core curriculum; • Collaborate with members of the C+C ecosystem to deliver other counseling initiatives; • Oversee the training and maintenance of the Progression Plan tool; • Oversee the creation of school profiles for all schools each year; • Review and evaluate weekly school counseling school year cycle data; • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor data input and outcomes for college and career readiness initiatives, identify trends, and recommend improvements that contribute to continuous school improvement. • Assist the Counseling + Career ecosystem in identifying best practices in virtual school counseling, and working to move all Connections Academy partner schools towards the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model; • Support the Counseling + Career ecosystem in the implementation of a School Counseling Program Audit and Career Program Health Index to support Connections Academy partner schools in the implementation of the ASCA National Model; • All other duties assigned
