Role Description The Homeward Mortgage Team is responsible for conducting the financial review and approval of every customer that works with Homeward. We’re focused on bringing financial innovations to life and delivering a seamlessly integrated mortgage experience. We are the newest team at Homeward and are looking for subject matter experts and business people with an entrepreneur's mindset and ability to get stuff done. As part of the team, you’ll be ensuring that Homeward’s customers move quickly and efficiently through the mortgage transaction ensuring all important dates are met. Your role is to deliver a seamless approval and closing experience to every Homeward customer. This position will challenge your ability to manage complex operational processes while working cross-functionally with other teams including product, engineering, and customer experience among others. - Responsible for assembling, preparing, and reviewing/verifying documents for a loan closing while ensuring all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements are met. - Prepare Closing Disclosures (Initial & Revised) in Encompass and complete an accurate and compliant Closing Disclosure to be provided to the borrower within the TRID timing guideline requirements. - Monitor the borrower’s receipt of the Closing Disclosure. - Ensure accuracy of documents sent to closing, including but not limited to borrower names, rate, term and loan type, first payment date and escrow information. - Analyze and interpret compliance reports (MAVENT). Qualifications - Knowledge of mortgage industry concepts, practices, procedures, and mortgage loan documentation (3+ years of relevant prior experience preferred). - Encompass experience is a plus. - LendingPad experience is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high production environment. - The drive to build something new. - Ability to work well in a team as well as independently. Role Description EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate part-time Online/Virtual Special Education Teacher to support students for one of your school site in Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. - Deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs. - Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). - Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation. - Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, school administrators, and families to support student success. - Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic, behavioral, and social growth. - Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district requirements. • Provide subject-matter leadership and operational support to school counseling personnel in implementing programming, including high school placements, student safety counseling, and risk management, students in distress training and solutions for college and career readiness. • Provide subject matter expertise in multifaceted areas impacting school counseling to support, guide, and strengthen the implementation of ASCA-modeled comprehensive programs for Connections Academy partner schools. • Mentor, coach, and advise counseling leaders through program implementation, including troubleshooting complex issues and elevating best practices across schools. • Research graduation and other educational requirements for assigned and developing schools; • Support new schools in obtaining High School CEEB and related Online Provider Codes; • Organize and deliver the National Counseling LiveLesson program, Connections Academy’s school counseling core curriculum; • Collaborate with members of the C+C ecosystem to deliver other counseling initiatives; • Oversee the training and maintenance of the Progression Plan tool; • Oversee the creation of school profiles for all schools each year; • Review and evaluate weekly school counseling school year cycle data; • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor data input and outcomes for college and career readiness initiatives, identify trends, and recommend improvements that contribute to continuous school improvement. • Assist the Counseling + Career ecosystem in identifying best practices in virtual school counseling, and working to move all Connections Academy partner schools towards the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model; • Support the Counseling + Career ecosystem in the implementation of a School Counseling Program Audit and Career Program Health Index to support Connections Academy partner schools in the implementation of the ASCA National Model; • All other duties assigned

Coordinate Consultations - Respond to inbound client emails in a timely manner (within 24 hours). - Schedule consultations with clients within a timely manner (within three business days). - Prescribe and write emotional support animal letters for approved clients in a timely manner (within 48 hours). Follow Up Support - Collaborate with the company on any follow on support or documentation the client may need.
