This role will support end-to-end testing for multiple Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality releases through strong functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating and executing test plans, writing detailed test cases, performing API testing, validating third-party integrations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst/Engineer. - Strong hands-on experience with manual testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations. - Experience writing and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts. - Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, functional testing, integration testing, and defect management. - Ability to work across teams including developers, admins, business analysts, and business stakeholders. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce environments. - Has exposure to Automation frameworks for testing (Playwright, CRT, Selenium). - Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. - ISTQB CTFL certification or equivalent knowledge (preferred but not required). - MUST HAVE: C1 English level: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively in English. Role Description The Sr. Data Quality Analyst plays a key role in the testing and implementation of advanced reporting and analytics/tools to support the Data Foundry team.
