Role Description We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and document composition solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for customer communication management (CCM) solutions using OpenText Exstream. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for customer communication and document generation solutions. - Conduct workshops and requirement elicitation sessions with business stakeholders. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Work closely with OpenText Exstream developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood. - Analyze existing document templates, workflows, and communication processes to identify improvement opportunities. - Create process flows, business process models, use cases, and functional design documents. - Participate in solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business requirements. - Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities. - Coordinate with QA teams to ensure complete test coverage. - Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. - Assist in change management, impact analysis, and release planning. - Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and customer communication standards. - Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for business-related issues. Qualifications - Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Customer Communication Management (CCM) projects. - Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream. - Strong knowledge of document composition, customer correspondence, and document lifecycle. - Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis. - Expertise in creating: - Business Requirement Documents (BRD) - Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) - User Stories - Use Cases - Process Flow Diagrams - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. As a Business Analyst within the Government Programs and Value Based Care Business Intelligence and Reporting team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, business intelligence teams, and technology partners to support reporting and analytics solutions that drive STAR Quality and Value Based Care initiatives. Role Description GMG Management Consulting, Inc. is seeking qualified Junior Grants Management Analysts to support a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Grants Management Support Services contract. This position will primarily provide surge support for federal grants administration activities, with a significant emphasis on grant closeout functions, post-award administration, and recipient support. The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work with an experienced team supporting one of the nation's premier federal transportation agencies. The Junior Grants Management Analyst will assist government staff with the administration of federal grants and cooperative agreements throughout the grant lifecycle. Under the guidance of the Program Manager and Senior Grants Management Analysts, the analyst will perform technical and administrative grants management functions in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Guide to Financial Assistance, FHWA policies, and other applicable federal regulations.
