Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of FM operational workflows in FCDO account and industry standards
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis (Excel, Power BI)
  • Change management expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or Continuous Improvement roles
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs
  • Experience with multi-site operations or floating resource models is highly desirable
  • Mandatory - Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant software
  • Extensive English; Local languages - Nice to have.

Title: Creative Operations Coordinator Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Job Description: About the Role: Tubi is looking for a Coordinator to join our Creative Studio team. This role plays a key part in supporting the successful execution of Originals marketing campaigns by owning the operational workflows, systems, and project infrastructure that keep campaigns moving from planning through delivery. Working closely with Producers, Creative Directors, and cross-functional partners, the Coordinator ensures projects are organized, assets are managed, documentation is maintained, and operational processes are executed consistently across all assigned projects and workflows. The Coordinator partners closely with Producers throughout the campaign lifecycle, owning day-to-day operational execution. This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. Role Description Aquia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Operations Specialist to serve as the backbone of our internal technology environment. This is a fully internal, remote, non-billable role; you will never be customer-facing. Instead, your mission is to make sure every Aquia employee has the devices, tools, access, and documentation they need to do their best work, securely and reliably. You will own the day-to-day IT help desk function, manage our endpoint and SaaS tooling ecosystem, and partner closely with our IT Operations Distinguished Engineer on company-wide infrastructure and technology initiatives. As Aquia scales, this role is positioned to take on increasing ownership, including approval authority over technology adoption decisions such as AI tool usage.
