Role Description Community Health Systems is hiring a Senior Cerner Scheduling Application Analyst to join our EHR Team. This role will help implement, manage, and modernize the Cerner Scheduling Application. As a Senior Analyst, you will: - Consult on comprehensive service line workflows, including current state and future state. - Work with clients to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested while adhering to the CHS Standard. - Identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership. - Coach on data collection and system design requirements. - Analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation. - Consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines, and project updates. - Verify configuration requests. - Maintain relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives. - Coach and mentor associates and support internal team initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required or 8 years of direct application experience. - 6 years of direct application experience required. - 8-10 years of direct application experience preferred.
