Role Description The Manager, Engineering - Catalog role is at the heart of iHerb's AI transformation. This role will lead a lean, high-seniority team of engineers while staying hands-on as a player-coach. The Manager, Engineering - Catalog will own delivery commitments, grow engineers, and model the AI-native development practices that will become the standard across the engineering organization. This role will be among the first leaders to validate and shape iHerb's AI-driven SDLC golden path. Leading the Catalog engineering team, responsible for iHerb's product catalog platform. You will drive feature delivery across a full-stack codebase, coordinate with product and design, and set the technical bar for a team of mid-to-senior full-stack engineers.
