Role Description Build the supply chain that powers the next generation of renewable infrastructure. As Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist, you will establish the procurement function behind an innovative ClimateTech product and create scalable supplier structures for international growth. - Supplier Network: Build and develop an international supplier network for mechanical, electrical and electronic components. - Strategic Sourcing: Identify, qualify and onboard suppliers that meet technical, commercial and quality requirements. - Supplier Negotiations: Prepare and negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and commercial agreements. - Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into procurement strategies. - Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, lead times and quality standards. - Cost Optimisation: Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining quality and supply security. - Prototype & Scale Up: Support prototype builds and prepare procurement structures for serial production. - Process Development: Design scalable procurement processes, supplier management standards and purchasing workflows. - Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with logistics, operations and external manufacturing partners to ensure resilient supply chains. Qualifications - Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Business or a comparable qualification. - Equivalent professional experience is equally welcome. - Several years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain management. - Experience negotiating with suppliers and building long term supplier relationships. - Technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. - Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and a structured way of working. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Fluent in English; German is considered a plus. - High level of ownership with a proactive, hands on mindset. - Ideally, you also bring experience from manufacturing, industrial products, MedTech, hardware development or other technical environments. - Experience with ERP systems, startup environments or building procurement structures from scratch is a plus. • Review and approve office supply orders. • Manage backorders and discontinued items to ensure continuity of operations. • Support cost reduction and cost-saving implementation strategies. • Provide daily supply chain support and serve as point of contact (POC) for assigned offices. • Lead supply chain setup for DeNovo offices, including creation and tracking of supplier orders. • Coordinate uniform program setup for DeNovos, new hires, and existing offices as needed. • Provide tactical support during supplier RFP processes. • Assist in implementing negotiated supplier savings across the organization. • Maintain Dentira ordering platform, including updates, accuracy, and user setup/deactivation. • Manage IT ticketing and warranty process for IO Sensors. • Conduct inventory audits for IO Sensors, Nomads, and other assigned assets. • Act as backup POC for offices as needed. • Collaborate with construction, IT, and regional leadership during DeNovo launches. • Provide support for ad-hoc supply chain projects and initiatives. • Other duties as assigned.

*As a Purchasing and Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, profitability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization's inventory and purchasing functions. By analyzing supply chain data, developing actionable insights, optimizing purchasing processes, implementing reporting and KPI monitoring systems, and integrating vendor data into business platforms, you will help improve inventory performance, fulfilment efficiency, and cost control while supporting business growth. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify process improvement opportunities, enhance data accuracy, and ensure the organization has the insights needed to make informed purchasing and supply chain decisions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.* __**Duties and Responsibilities:**__ **Vendor Supply Chain Management** •Integrate and maintain vendor stock levels into ERP and web management systems •Ensure data accuracy and availability for forecasting and e-commerce support •Create and maintain data-centered ranking system to identify preferred vendors **Purchasing & Vendor Review and Support** •Establish and analyze KPIs for suppliers and overall purchasing process •Analyze vendor spend data to identify opportunities for more strategic purchasing decisions. (Ie buying same product from multiple vendors) •Highlight areas for cost savings, consolidation, or renegotiation. •Create and execute RFPs using data-driven insights •Provide ad hoc and strategic data support to purchasing & inventory teams •Translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making •Create and maintain forecasts and budgets for inventory and purchasing **SKU Reconciliation, Consolidation, and Inventory Data Maintenance** •Consolidate commodity part #s across different vendors •Reconcile parts #s for new versions of equipment components •Auditing and updating inventory status and reorder rules and standards within ERP and web management systems (ie policing items eligible or not eligible for back order, reorder, drop-ship, and stocking) **Data Analysis of Stock Position vs. Sales Velocity and Marketing Traffic** •Analyze the correlation between inventory, sales velocity, and marketing visibility •Identify and predict sales trajectory of slow-moving items as well as items over-selling vs projections; compare site traffic, price competitiveness, and marketing traction; conduct root cause analysis •Reporting and analysis of slow-moving inventory and related marketing activities
