• Lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream clinical quality and performance transformation engagements, partnering directly with hospital executive leadership to ensure alignment across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders. • Own end-to-end workplan execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability to achieve measurable clinical quality, operational, and financial outcomes. • Bring deep expertise in acute care hospital operations and transformation, with a strong ability to leverage EMR and performance data to inform decision-making and drive sustainable workflow change. • Translate strategic objectives into practical, implementable solutions that can be operationalized by physicians, nursing leaders, and frontline teams. • Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with physicians and clinical leaders to drive adoption of evidence-based practices and consistent standards of care. • Lead implementation efforts across areas such as quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, sepsis, surgical quality, complications, mortality, readmissions, and performance scorecards. • Guide hospitals in optimizing performance on national quality and public reporting programs, including CMS Care Compare and other regulatory and benchmarking frameworks. • Support regulatory readiness and ongoing compliance related to CMS, state health departments, and other oversight bodies. • Translate complex clinical, operational, and performance data into clear, actionable insights for C-suite leaders and governing bodies. • Monitor progress against defined metrics and scorecards, ensuring initiatives deliver sustained outcomes beyond initial implementation. • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and results orientation. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior hospital and health system leaders, particularly in complex or resource-constrained environments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in acute care or healthcare settings, with a strong emphasis on hospital operations, clinical quality, performance improvement, and transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a closely related field.
- Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MSN, MBA, or similar) preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPHQ, CIC, Lean/Six Sigma) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale implementation initiatives, including but extending beyond assessments or strategy design.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with physicians, nursing leaders, and executive teams to drive change and adoption of evidence-based practices.
- Strong working knowledge of hospital operations, EMR systems, quality metrics, and performance scorecards.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams focused on patient outcomes, quality, and operational performance.
- Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Role Description The Applications and Workflow Consultant III will lead the delivery of workflow analysis, optimization, and training for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. This role conducts comprehensive current and future state workflow assessments, designs optimized workflows based on best practice methodologies, and develops and delivers training plans for clinical and technical healthcare IT customer stakeholders. The Applications & Workflow Consultant III serves as a subject matter expert, mentors junior team members, and plays a proactive role in change management processes to ensure customers achieve maximum value from Intelerad's products and services throughout their journey. This role will be working with our Inteleshare product, which allows the exchange of medical images across the world's largest cloud-native healthcare network, eliminating physical disks while enabling secure, instant access to patient imaging for improved care coordination regardless of location. Key Responsibilities - Lead Workflow Analysis & Optimization: Conduct current state workflow analysis, design future state workflows (including system and department process workflows), and determine application optimization strategies using best practice methodologies tailored to each customer's unique environment. - Develop & Deliver Training Programs: Create comprehensive training plans and documentation, coordinate and provide super user application training, ensure timely delivery of course completion certificates, and verify that super users can effectively train end users on site-specific requirements. - Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Act as SME for product and service offerings, provide application training and support to cross-functional teams, identify and follow up on product features and issue requests during implementations, and proactively participate in change management processes. - Manage Project Delivery: Coordinate with project management teams on implementation activities, provide regular proactive updates to PMs and management, manage multiple concurrent projects, and adapt to meet the expectations of diverse and challenging customer environments. - Mentor & Develop Team: Provide mentorship and guidance to Applications and Workflow Consultant I and II team members, drive standardization of workflow and training methodologies, and work cross-functionally to improve collaboration and efficiencies. - Partner with Business Development to support SOW development as needed. - Act as a bridge between Professional Services and Product/Development teams to relay product updates, overcome implementation challenges, and share customer feedback. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Science, or Education; Certified Radiology Technologist certification; or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in Radiology, Cardiology, or equivalent healthcare imaging environments. - 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or IT-related roles, or equivalent experience. - Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to teach diverse learning styles in clinical applications. - Knowledge of enterprise-level Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. - Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with internal management and company personnel.
