Role Description We are looking for a Financial Coach & Investment Mentor to support members throughout an 8-week financial education program. In this role, you will: - Guide members from onboarding through program completion. - Lead group sessions and conduct 1:1 follow-ups. - Answer questions inside the community and help members stay motivated and accountable. - Become a trusted educational guide for participants, helping them understand investment concepts clearly. - Create a warm, energetic, and confidence-building experience. This is a highly visible role that combines financial education, customer success, community engagement, coaching, and on-camera facilitation. Qualifications - Around 5 years of experience in finance, investments, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training others. - Hands-on investing experience, either by investing your own money or helping others understand how to invest. - Relevant certification, training, or education in finance, investments, or a related area. - Strong understanding of the Latino market in the United States, including their financial reality, fears, and goals. - Native-level Spanish. - High energy, charisma, and confidence speaking on camera. - AI-first mindset, with willingness to use, improve, and “train” AI tools in your daily work.
