Role Description L2 Messaging support Proficient - Provide Level 2 support for messaging and server infrastructure - Manage mailboxes, user, shared, room, equipment, remote mailboxes - Create, modify, delete distribution lists and contacts - Control mailbox access, permissions, audit logging, legal holds - Monitor and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Outlook connectivity - Analyze mail flow, message traces, MX records, connectivity issues - Use Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer for diagnostics and validation - Manage quarantine messages and email security configurations - Administer Azure AD Connect and Office 365 identities and permissions - Assign and manage user roles, licenses, and administrative privileges - Maintain Office 365 services, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive - Manage SharePoint access, permissions, features, and site configuration - Support group management, Office 365 groups, memberships, settings - Execute backup, restore, import/export mailboxes (PST operations) - Implement and update configurations, security policies, connectors - Monitor service health and maintenance activities in O365 - Perform incident management, RCA, and troubleshooting activities - Maintain documentation, reports, and operational procedures - Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams for issue resolution - Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards Qualifications - 3+ years L2 Messaging Admin (Microsoft) - 3+ YoE with different Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Onedrive, Outlook, etc) - Experience with on-prem and cloud services - Strong communication skills (very good+) - ITIL oriented troubleshooting Requirements - Advanced English 80-95% Locations - Mexico (Remote) - Colombia (Remote) - India (Remote)

Role Description We are looking for a skilled Splunk Engineer to enhance enterprise observability, operational monitoring, and reporting capabilities. If you are passionate about building powerful dashboards, optimizing data pipelines, and driving reliability across complex environments — this remote opportunity is for you! - Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts for operational and security monitoring - Develop and optimize SPL queries for data analysis, reporting, and visualization - Create and maintain field extractions, lookups, and data parsing configurations - Onboard new data sources and validate data quality and indexing - Support monitoring, alerting improvements, and root cause analysis activities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Splunk solutions Qualifications - 10+ years of overall IT experience with 2-3+ years of hands-on Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Cloud experience - Strong SPL expertise — stats, timechart, transaction, eval, rex, lookup, and mv commands - Experience building interactive dashboards, drilldowns, reports, and visualizations - Strong understanding of field extractions, lookups, indexes, sourcetypes, and search-time vs index-time processing - Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands for log analysis and troubleshooting - Experience with structured and unstructured log data formats — JSON, XML, CSV - Background in infrastructure operations, application support, or security monitoring environments - Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot Requirements - Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience - Experience with enterprise observability and operational reporting initiatives - Knowledge of monitoring and alerting best practices including webhooks and email notifications
• Support engineering execution on-site from test plan through steady-state operation • Translate P&IDs, process designs, and engineering packages into installed, commissioned systems in the field • Manage day-to-day technical activities on-site: contractor coordination, punch lists, field modifications, and issue resolution • Monitor system performance against design intent and flag technical issues clearly and quickly • Serve as Mantel's day-to-day engineering point of contact with the host site and its technical teams • Coordinate with EPC contractors, equipment vendors, and host-site operations staff • Maintain a safe, professional, and collaborative site environment at all times • Maintain accurate site records: as-builts, field change notices, commissioning logs, and performance data • Produce clear, concise site updates and engineering reports for the VP of Engineering and broader project team • Support data collection and system monitoring for technical validation of the demonstration • Surface field observations and operational insights that inform design refinement and scale-up • Work closely with the engineering team to close the loop between design intent and real-world performance
• Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities under the direction of the Commissioning Director • Walkdowns, loop checks, interlock verification, flushing, leak testing, and startup sequencing • Coordinate day-to-day on-site activities with contractors, trades, and host-site operations personnel • Maintain accurate commissioning records: completed procedures, punch lists, test results, and field observations • Execute all work in compliance with site safety requirements, LOTO procedures, and Mantel's operating standards
