Role Description iQuasar LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will support reporting, documentation, information transmission, formatting, and business/financial analysis tasks for the Safeguards IT security support program. This role is junior, but it matters because the program is deliverable-heavy and relies on clean documentation, structured reports, dashboards, and accurate information flow. We are seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst for a contract position. Position Type: Full-time-Remote Role Specific Duties/ Role Responsibilities - Support technical writing, report preparation, document formatting, and information transmission. - Assist with MSR materials, dashboards, meeting materials, and deliverable tracking. - Support financial, accounting, or business analysis tasks. - Help prepare or maintain templates, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and structured documentation. - Support upload, organization, and tracking of correspondence and documentation in case management or SharePoint-style systems. - Assist senior staff with status reporting, metrics, formatting, and quality checks. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related discipline. - Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance. - Demonstrated experience in technical writing, information transmission, and document formatting. - Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements. Desired Skills and Certifications - Experience supporting federal programs, cybersecurity programs, audit programs, or compliance documentation. - Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills. - Experience with dashboards, financial tracking, invoice support, report QA, and structured templates. - Comfort working with technical cybersecurity content even if not a cybersecurity SME. - High attention to formatting, naming conventions, document control, and quality assurance.
