• Supporting the 340B Enterprise Strategy & Center of Excellence • Partnering with commercial business and operational leaders • Managing project plans and initiatives related to 340B strategy • Measuring customer experience and identifying improvement opportunities • Managing 340B inbox and case management • Collaborating with cross-functional teams • Participating in relationship management activities with external parties • Tracking and monitoring performance metrics as they relate to 340B

Job Requirements

  • Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program required
  • Preferred Masters in Business Administration or Project Management Certification
  • Has broad training in fields such as Business Administration, Customer Experience, Project Management and Operations
  • Has 3+ years of 340B experience, including knowledge of 340B compliance and regulations
  • Experience with managing multiple projects and workstreams at one time
  • Has significant operational leadership experience with an emphasis on customer experience and account management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Demonstrates experience operating in a large enterprise (>30,000 employees)
  • Demonstrates an ability to successfully manage large teams across the organization
  • Must have completed or be willing to complete 340B University or 340B University on Demand
  • Must have completed or be willing to complete Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program (340B ACE)
  • Understands Pharmacy trends and operations
  • Has experience in data analytics and reporting (preferred) with proficiency in PowerBI
  • Must demonstrate excellent negotiation and organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
