This person turns technical proof into compelling content: - Application videos - Short clips - Product visuals - Social media assets - Sales enablement media - Event content - Webinar visuals - Customer proof assets - Campaign creative The role is critical because Apera sells complex robotic vision technology. Buyers need to see it working. Sales needs visual proof. The final compensation package will be determined based on a range of factors, including your experience, skills, and the value you bring to the role and the organization First 90-Day Outcomes - Create a repeatable video and visual content production workflow - Build the first set of short application clips from existing footage - Support active campaigns with visual assets and social content - Produce content for sales outreach, LinkedIn, webinars, paid media, and landing pages - Organize existing media assets into a usable content library - Create visual assets for at least one major campaign, launch, webinar, or event follow-up motion - Reduce the marketing leader's time spent creating visual and campaign assets - Help sales and SDRs explain Apera's technology faster through visual proof
