Job Description

Director of Business Development – Telecommunications

Triage Partners, LLC

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting ISPs, Electric Cooperatives, municipal broadband providers, utilities, and engineering firms. • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across OSP construction, FTTH/FTTP deployments, engineering, staffing, managed services, splicing, drops, and I&R. • Leverage existing executive relationships to generate new revenue and long-term partnerships. • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, contract negotiations, and account growth. • Monitor BEAD, IIJA, RDOF, and state broadband funding opportunities and position Triage for upcoming projects. • Represent Triage at industry conferences, customer meetings, and trade events. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • 5 + years of telecommunications business development and sales experience.
  • Established relationships with ISP, Co-Op, utility, municipal broadband, and telecom decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of FTTH/FTTP, OSP construction, Central Office, fiber deployment, splicing, and I&R.
  • Experience selling telecommunications construction, field services, engineering, and workforce solutions.
  • Proven history of developing new accounts and closing complex service agreements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
