• OLIPOP is seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and highly operational Vice President of FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support through the company’s next stage of scale. • As Vice President, FP&A, you will serve as a senior finance leader and trusted partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, and cross-functional business leaders. • You will own the company’s long-range planning process, enterprise financial model, forecasting operating rhythm, board and executive reporting, and strategic financial analysis that informs critical investment, growth, and profitability decisions • This role requires a leader who can translate company strategy into financial priorities, build scalable FP&A capabilities, influence senior stakeholders through data-backed recommendations, and create the systems, routines, and team structure needed to support a high-growth CPG business. • You will be expected to balance strategic vision with operational discipline, bringing strong judgment, executive presence, and a clear point of view to ambiguous and high-impact business decisions.

Description The Principal Enterprise Solutions Executive is responsible for originating and driving complex, services-led opportunities that span CDW's full integrated technology portfolio. This role serves as the strategic bridge between Sales and Services, leading with services as the primary motion to help customers modernize, transform, and scale through technology-enabled strategies. The role plays a critical role in shaping outcome-based solutions that align to both business and IT priorities, delivering differentiated value to enterprise and major accounts. What you will do: * Lead the end-to-end sales process from opportunity origination through solutioning and close, with direct accountability during the Identify and Discover stages and strategic advisement through the remainder of the sales cycle. * Shape and influence opportunities early by collaborating with account teams, architects, and delivery leaders to define customer business challenges and identify value-based outcomes. * Package and position complex service-led solutions that integrate multiple practice areas and align to customer transformation goals. * Engage with executive-level stakeholders, using a consultative, outcome-oriented approach that ties technology strategies to measurable business results. * Operate across CDW's ITS portfolio, leveraging services as the lead motion to create differentiated customer value. * Foster cross-practice collaboration in enterprise and major accounts to drive transformational outcomes and long-term customer partnerships. What we expect of you: * Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years experience in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role OR 14 years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role. * Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance. * Demonstrated success in developing and closing complex, services-led solutions within financial accounts. * Deep understanding of IT transformation, managed services, and professional services models. * Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships at the C-suite level. * Proven consultative selling ability- skilled in value articulation and connecting business outcomes to technology solutions. * Cross-functional orchestration expertise, aligning sales, architecture, and delivery teams to build cohesive, outcome-based offerings. * High business acumen, with the ability to translate customer goals into scalable, multi-million-dollar service portfolios. * Proven track record in driving complex enterprise-level services engagements exceeding $1M in total solutions value. * Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed. • providing strategic oversight of the Finance function, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs, consistency of standards, and effective resourcing and acting as the escalation point for complex technical, operational and client-related matters • leading, supporting and developing the Finance Manager and Assistant Managers, and drive a high-performance culture with clear expectations, accountability and ongoing coaching • monitoring workflow, capacity and utilisation across the team, ensuring work is effectively allocated and deadlines are met • identifying inefficiencies and leading improvements to processes, systems and controls, including automation and transformation initiatives and effectively collaborate with relevant colleagues • contributing to the development and management of the budgetary process and monitor performance against targets and identifying areas of improvement through supporting the leadership to cost control, recovery and profitability • providing guidance on complex accounting and financial matters, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and best practice and maintaining oversight of regulatory developments and ensure appropriate implementation within the team • ensuring robust controls and governance are in place across the Finance team to support audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring issues are identified, managed and resolved appropriately • supporting the senior management team to shape the future direction of the Finance function, including operating model, structure and service delivery and contribute to wider business initiatives, including growth, system enhancements and multijurisdictional alignment

• Manage and execute the monthly financial close processes. • Ensure all journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and within established deadlines. • Prepare the monthly financial reporting package for the leadership team. • Oversee daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and payroll processing. • Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash flow projections, and optimize working capital. • Maintain a perpetual state of audit readiness by ensuring pristine documentation and highly organized financial records. • Serve as primary contact for external auditors during bi-annual audits. • Continuously evaluate finance department workflows, identifying and implementing process improvements and automations to increase efficiency. • Manage, mentor and evaluate the performance of the finance team, ensuring a high standard of work and adherence to accounting principles.
