• Provide overall contract leadership and serve as primary point of contact. • Lead quality control, staffing, reporting, risk management, policy implementation, and client communications. • Oversee SMEs and Program Analysts. • Manage deliverables and continuous quality improvement. • Prepare monthly reports, participate in meetings, provide technical assistance, and support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Degree from an accredited institution; 10+ years managing a comparable residential or health program; experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, policy analysis, and data management.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.
- Federal program management, Job Corps, WIOA, DOL or public health experience.
