Systems Analyst, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) — Financial Systems Support

• Provide support and maintenance for critical environments, ensuring the availability and stability of financial systems. • Perform complex analyses and incident diagnostics, implement fixes, and handle service requests efficiently. • Monitor and coordinate integrations between systems, ensuring smooth process flows and connectivity across modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, PO, INV, OM, HR, WE, OKC, QP, among others). • Develop and maintain scripts, reports, XML Publisher templates and workflows using Oracle Forms, PL/SQL (procedures, packages, functions, triggers), and optimize SQL queries. • Administer Oracle databases, performing operational monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and applying continuous process improvements. • Manage SLAs and OLAs, proactively identifying recurring issues and proposing initiatives to improve the efficiency of the financial environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience in support and maintenance of mission-critical financial systems, preferably in large corporate environments.
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R11/11i and R12) and the following modules:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Purchasing (PO)
  • Inventory (INV)
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Workflow Engine (WE)
  • Contracts (OKC)
  • Pricing (QP)
  • Experience with financial interfaces and integrations (IE, RI).
  • Experience developing and maintaining Oracle Forms, creating reports, XML Publisher templates and workflows using Workflow Builder.
  • Advanced PL/SQL development skills, including creating procedures, packages, functions and triggers, with expertise in SQL query optimization.
  • Experience in high-availability environments with a strong focus on meeting SLAs, incident management and problem resolution.
  • Analytical profile, strong prioritization skills, business acumen, proactivity and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Nice to have:
  • Basic English and Spanish for interaction with international and Latin American teams.
  • Experience in regulated, financial, risk and compliance environments.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and incident, problem and change management.
