Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** with a strong portfolio showcasing modern consumer-facing digital products.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Interactive Prototyping.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, wireframing, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent visual design skills with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and contemporary UI aesthetics.
- Experience designing mobile-first applications and responsive web interfaces.
- Ability to create bold, engaging, and intuitive user experiences tailored to modern consumer audiences, particularly Gen Z users.
- Strong experience building scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing products within D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, consumer technology, or social platforms is highly preferred.

This role operates at a senior individual contributor level, owning complex, high-impact experiences across data-intensive and operationally critical systems. The designer will partner closely with product, engineering, and research to deliver scalable, analytics-driven workflows that directly influence business performance. This is a U.S.-based remote (telecommute) role supporting long-term product initiatives. Role Description This Senior Product Manager will report to a Director of Product who also oversees the Reporting, Measurement, and Planning teams.
