Principal Product Designer, UX/UI – AI Experience Design

• Design the Future of Human Intelligence and create AI-powered customer experiences • Influence product strategy and shape customer journeys • Improve accessibility and guide product thinking • Design mobile interfaces, web applications, dashboards, and interactive prototypes • Collaborate directly with executive leadership, Product, AI Engineers, Designers, Developers, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams • Own the complete product design lifecycle from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, user testing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch optimization

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience
  • A portfolio demonstrating world-class digital product design across web and mobile platforms
  • Strong experience designing complex SaaS, AI, HealthTech, EdTech, or enterprise applications
  • Expertise using Figma and modern product design workflows
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment
  • Experience using AI for UX research, persona development, journey mapping, interface generation, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, accessibility reviews, design QA, product documentation, customer insight analysis will be highly regarded.

Role Description This Senior Product Manager will report to a Director of Product who also oversees the Reporting, Measurement, and Planning teams.
