• Design, build, test, document, deploy, and continually improve AI-first business automations across multiple platforms and departments • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Technical teams • Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and design scalable operational systems • Ensure every automation is thoroughly tested, documented, monitored, and continuously improved before deployment

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing and implementing business automations
  • Experience with modern no-code or low-code automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflow design
  • Experience documenting technical solutions and business processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Role Description NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Functional Associate (AI Focus) to join our delivery team supporting Federal clients. This role works closely with Functional Leads, Technical Architects, Product Managers, and software developers to help translate business needs into functional requirements for AI-enabled modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, supporting Agile delivery teams, and working with AI-assisted development tools.
