• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to negotiate customer agreements while helping move deals efficiently toward execution. • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on contract terms, risk allocation, compliance, and commercial issues. • Identify legal and operational risks and recommend appropriate solutions that support business objectives. • Maintain and improve standard contract templates, fallback language, and negotiation playbooks. • Assist with customer and vendor contract management as needed. • Support due diligence efforts with prospects and clients. • Support other commercial legal matters as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
- 2–5 years of experience practicing commercial contract law.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating SaaS or enterprise software agreements.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business judgment and collaborative approach.

Role Description Write a compelling, accurate, and strategically positioned narrative about what this role is truly about—not what the JD says on paper, but what you learned in the Strategy Meeting. Your Key Contributions - Conduct legal research and monitor changes in U.S. laws and policies, analyze updates, and communicate applicability firmwide. - Provide legal support for complex cases, including escalation reviews, risk management, and policy interpretation. - Support the Legal Leadership Team in developing and implementing firmwide legal strategy and compliance initiatives. - Draft, review, and update legal documents and internal firm policy documents. - Draft, review, and conduct training sessions for internal teams. - Support the Legal Department as subject-matter experts in immigration law to ensure legal consistency, compliance, and quality control. - Perform additional duties as determined by the Director Attorney. Qualifications - J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and current bar membership in good standing. - 5+ years of experience as an immigration attorney. - 3+ years of removal defense experience, including experience preparing for and representing clients in Master Calendar and Individual Calendar Hearings. - Preferred experience with humanitarian and family-based immigration, and consular processing (e.g., VAWA; T visas; U visas; family-based petitions; nonimmigrant and immigrant visas; naturalization; waivers; RFE/NOID/NOIR responses; appeals; and motions before USCIS and immigration court). - Strong command of U.S. immigration law and related federal regulations. - Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Sound judgment and ethical decision-making in client and firm matters. - Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy, firm integrity, and continuous improvement. - Bilingual candidates are preferred, with Spanish fluency strongly preferred; additional language skills are a plus. Role Description Korean Video Remote Interpreters Needed – Worldwide BIG Language Solutions is seeking qualified, professional independent contractor interpreters for Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) assignments. - Target Language(s): Korean - Contract Rate: $11.00 per hour Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Faithful Interpretation: Facilitate accurate communication by faithfully interpreting into the target language everything being said without adding, omitting, or changing anything. - Impartiality: Maintain absolute impartiality and show no bias or preference toward either party while interpreting. - First-Person Delivery & Ethics: Interpret in the first person at all times.
