Patient Scheduling Specialist

Resolv Global

• Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidently • Make outbound calls for follow-ups • Respond to patient inquiries via email • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments • Verify and update patient information accurately • Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions • Communicate clearly with patients and internal teams • Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple applications
  • Works well independently in a remote environment
  • Quick learner of new systems
  • Dependable, accountable, and punctual
  • Preferred experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical receptionist, patient support, call center customer service, or appointment scheduling
