Role Description As a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for licensed mental health providers across multiple states, including therapists and psychiatric clinicians. You will be responsible for: - Sourcing and engaging candidates - Running high-quality screening calls - Guiding candidates through a structured interview process - Partnering with clinical leadership to close top talent This role requires someone who is comfortable with high-volume pipelines, outbound recruiting, and a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly. Key Responsibilities - Own full-cycle recruiting for licensed clinicians (Therapists, LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, and other psychiatric providers as needed) - Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other tools, with a strong focus on outbound pipeline building - Conduct candidate screens focused on clinical fit, licensure, availability, and alignment with Mood’s care model - Partner closely with clinical and recruiting leadership to align on hiring needs, profiles, and interview feedback - Manage and move candidates through the process quickly while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience - Track pipeline health and recruiting performance metrics (volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance) - Support process improvement initiatives related to outreach, screening, interview structure, and ATS workflow - Ensure hiring practices align with licensure, compliance, and quality standards across states Qualifications - 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical, or provider recruiting - Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort with high-volume pipelines - Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with licensed clinicians - Organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once - Data-aware: able to monitor funnel performance and adjust strategy based on results - Comfortable working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with a distributed team - Familiarity with ATS systems and structured recruiting workflows (Lever experience is a plus) - Mission-driven and motivated by helping expand access to mental health care Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required - Experience with multi-state operations - Experience building and enforcing company HR policies required - At least one year of human resources experience at manager level or higher is preferred Benefits - 1099, Part Time 3 Month contract with option to extend pending hiring needs and performance - 20 Hours Per Week (M-F schedule ideal) - Remote, with comfortability working across various time zones (PST specifically) - Pay: $30 — $40 USD

Role Description We are looking for a Board Certified Psychiatrist, who is licensed in the state of Washington, for a part-time role with our growing clinical team. You will help to supervise a team of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) delivering both asynchronous and synchronous care via telemedicine to a population of adult patients stable on medication and primarily looking to manage their anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medication. This is an incredibly flexible job - you decide your hours and shift times. The ideal candidate is adaptive to change and proactive in providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement. We are looking for people excited to grow with us! Responsibilities - Supervise our Nurse Practitioners who treat our clients for anxiety and depression per state regulations and requirements - Conduct chart reviews for multiple NP’s - Be available, and flexible, to the Nurse Practitioner’s to answer questions, provide clinical clarifications, and escalate any issues to medical leadership Qualifications - Active & good standing medical license in Washington (more licenses is a plus) - Board certification in Psychiatry - Medical Doctorate from an accredited medical school - Have previous experience supervising Nurse Practitioners in clinical settings - 5+ years of direct care experience, exclusive of orientation/training - Comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus - Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible - Excellent written and verbal communication Schedule - Choose your own hours - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Compensation - $600 per supervised Nurse Practitioner (typically 2 hour commitment per NP per month) - Typically 2-4 NP's to be supervised Benefits - Part-time (less than 10 hrs/month) - Competitive Salary - An operations and technology team dedicated to improving the provider experience - Malpractice coverage - Online software and technology support - Flexible schedule
