Role Description Routing Specialists are responsible for creating expert level delivery routing solutions for assigned Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) distribution. Flex Specialists must be highly proficient in all routing delivery methods (GEO, Bulk, Bay, & FSV), and highly versed in all systems (Descartes Route Planner, BlackBox, Route Manager). The responsibilities include vacation, leave, and time-off coverage for Route Planners, providing training support as needed. While covering schedules, the Flex Specialists' accountabilities include flawless execution of the delivery routing process while ensuring that cost and productivity objectives are achieved. Flex Specialists use analytics to identify productivity opportunities for Route Planners as well as the Routing Organization more broadly. They also must influence field partners to execute changes that improve delivery operations.
