Role Description Supports the coding and reimbursement process by assisting with basic coding tasks and claim reviews under supervision. Applies foundational knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes to ensure initial coding accuracy. Works with senior staff to understand denial reasons and assist in preparing simple, low dollar appeals. Gains exposure to payer guidelines, medical billing workflows, and coding systems while developing professional competency. Qualifications - Medical Billing and Coding Certification - Certified Professional Coder - Apprentice (CPC-A) - 1+ years of experience in healthcare billing, coding, or collections - Exposure to CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding through coursework, internship or revenue cycle work experience - Basic understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Microsoft Office, and data entry - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn - Proven ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment - Demonstrates dependability and eagerness to grow professionally Requirements - Associate degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or - Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or - Certified Coding Specialist–Physician Based (CCS-P) or - Certified Coding Associate (CCA) or - Certified Medical Coder (CMC) - 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred) Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package - Incentive and recognition programs - Equity stock purchase - 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) - Hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment

Key Responsibilities Trust & Corporate Administration - Assist in the day-to-day administration of discretionary family trusts, private trust companies (PTCs), employee benefit trusts (“EBTs”), purpose trusts and corporate vehicles, including underlying companies in various jurisdictions. - Prepare various trust and corporate documentation such as trustee resolutions, deeds, director/shareholder resolutions, agreements, and statutory records. - Support trust set-up, restructuring, distributions and/or loans to beneficiaries, asset transfers, and corporate transactions in accordance with governing documents and internal procedures. - Maintain accurate client records and transaction logs in CSC systems.
