Ce poste assure l’uniformité des processus d’installation, de calibration et de réparation tout en soutenant la croissance des succursales franchisées et corporatives. Bilingue (français et anglais – obligatoire), le titulaire du poste soutiendra principalement le Québec et les maritimes tout en contribuant aux initiatives nationales à travers le Canada. Ce rôle combine la formation pratique sur le terrain, le développement de programmes, la certification des techniciens et le soutien opérationnel, afin de garantir que toutes les succursales respectent les normes de la marque et sont bien outillées pour répondre à l’évolution des technologies et à la croissance de la demande. Ce poste est essentiel à la capacité de Driven Glass Canada de poursuivre sa croissance tout en maintenant des standards techniques de calibre supérieur. Qualifications - Bilinguisme (français et anglais) – obligatoire. - Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pratique en installation, réparation et calibration de vitres automobiles. - Connaissances avancées des systèmes ADAS et des processus de calibration. - Connaissances des normes d’installation des manufacturiers (OEM) et des exigences de sécurité. - Expérience démontrée en formation technique ou en coaching dans un environnement multi-sites. - Excellente compréhension des opérations d’atelier et de l’optimisation des processus de travail. - Excellentes compétences en communication et en animation de formation. - Forte présence de leadership et capacité d’influencer avec un minimum d’autorité directe. - Sens élevé de l’imputabilité et de la responsabilisation. - Forte capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. - Approche axée sur les relations et excellentes habiletés à mobiliser les franchisés. - Très bonne organisation et gestion efficace du calendrier et des priorités.
