Role Description H2 Performance Consulting seeks an experienced professional to support the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Job Corps in oversight of the national Health & Wellness Program. The role supports policy implementation, compliance, quality improvement, technical assistance, assessments, reporting, and collaboration with Government stakeholders. - Provide overall contract leadership and serve as primary point of contact. - Lead quality control, staffing, reporting, risk management, policy implementation, and client communications. - Oversee SMEs and Program Analysts. - Manage deliverables and continuous quality improvement. - Prepare monthly reports, participate in meetings, provide technical assistance, and support continuous improvement. Qualifications - Degree from an accredited institution; 10+ years managing a comparable residential or health program; experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, policy analysis, and data management. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination. Requirements - Federal program management, Job Corps, WIOA, DOL or public health experience.
