Role is responsible for oversight of project deliverables pertaining to Optum Rx ID Cards and associated materials end to end production and mailing. Clear and concise communication will be required for reporting on project status across team, leadership, and multi-partner forums. Role must ensure project timelines are met while executing with accuracy pertaining to client satisfaction and contractual performance guarantees. Role will be expected to support a high volume of client projects with complex parameters. Primary Responsibilities - Leads departmental projects and meetings - Acts as subject matter expert in cross-functional forums - Day to day execution of client ID Card composition, production, audit, and quality assurance. - Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements - Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems - Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. - Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks. - Translates concepts into practice. - Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues. - Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others.- Acts as a resource for others with less experience. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing or 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations or marketing experience - 5+ years of communications, public relations or marketing experience - 5+ years experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years project management experience within a matrix organization - Proven organizational skills - 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience - 2+ years of experience with Adobe suite *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
