• Develop and execute A1's global communications strategy. • Build relationships with technology, business and mainstream media. • Develop media angles and proactively secure high-quality press coverage. • Write and edit press releases, announcements, company updates and executive communications. • Shape company messaging, positioning and product narratives. • Prepare founders and executives for media interviews, conferences and public appearances. • Develop communication plans around product launches, partnerships and major company milestones. • Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen A1's brand. • Work closely with product, recruiting and leadership teams to ensure consistent external messaging. • Support crisis communications and reputation management when required.
Job Requirements
- Experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations within technology companies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
- Strong relationships with technology and business journalists.
- Experience managing communications for product launches or major announcements.
- Excellent judgement and ability to develop compelling narratives.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
- Able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.

• Manage the flow of communication and creative requests across the organization, ensuring priorities are clear, stakeholders are aligned, and deliverables are completed on time. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and distribute strategic messaging that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption of key programs, initiatives, and promotions • Develop engaging written content that informs, motivates, and inspires action while maintaining a consistent voice and brand presence. • Produce polished visual materials and marketing assets that enhance communication effectiveness and create a compelling audience experience • Utilize bilingual Spanish language capabilities to support broader audience engagement and deliver culturally relevant communications to diverse communities • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and align communication deliverables with business priorities. • Identify opportunities to improve internal communication processes, workflows, and resource utilization to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
