Job Details Senior Business Systems Analyst (Full-time) Reports to: Boston, MA Duties: - Partner across Haemonetics global business teams including Sales and Service, to elicit business requirements for system changes. - Collaborate with Salesforce and other enterprise technology application teams (including Oracle, Tableau, Middleware, etc.) to deliver best Salesforce stand-alone or integrated solutions. - Define functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and actionable tasks to deliver scalable solution per business needs & goals. - Partner with Salesforce Senior Manager to establish detailed project plan, and communicate status, risks, and issues. - Take primary accountability and ownership of enhancement changes or bug fix solutions including system configuration, deployments through test environments, documentation, unit testing, and demoing changes through production deployment. - Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing. - Provide daily support for business users and technology team members to triage and resolve production issues. - Stay up to date with all declarative features of the Salesforce platform, with special focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Community, Process Automation, Permissions, and data sharing. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable). - At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce system administration or business analysis in support of Sales and Service Cloud users. Requirements - At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce customization and configuration (including process builder, workflow rules and newly released features). - At least 5 years of experience with full lifecycle Salesforce CRM implementation. - At least 5 years of experience documenting and analyzing functional requirements based on business needs. - At least 5 years of experience translating business requirements into technical specifications. - At least 5 years of experience with Field Service Lightning, Salesforce Communities, or CPQ. - At least 5 years of experience working independently and collaboratively within a team.
