• Own and drive the overall success of Clients program delivery from Exavalu. • Serve as the primary executive liaison between Exavalu and client IT & Business Leadership teams. • Ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with the agreed SOW, delivery timelines, and quality standards. • Provide strategic direction and governance throughout the program lifecycle. • Review and oversee solution architecture, delivery plans, and implementation approaches. • Ensure adherence to industry standards, security measures, compliance requirements, and operational best practices. • Manage executive-level stakeholder communication, escalations, risks, and dependencies. • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, business, and technology teams to drive successful outcomes. • Monitor program health, KPIs, milestones, and overall client satisfaction. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure successful program adoption.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Engagement Management within the insurance sector, with a proven track record of leading data-driven projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or technology implementation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with IT and Business Leadership teams.
  • Excellent understanding of program governance, delivery lifecycle, and execution methodologies.
  • Experience ensuring solution delivery aligns with SOWs, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive management skills.
  • Experience managing risks, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms, system integrations, and solution delivery frameworks.
  • Ability to drive teams in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.

Role Description The US is currently being managed from Düsseldorf, but it needs someone who truly understands the market and can drive it forward. We're looking for a US Market Manager to own our American business across all three brands. This is not a pure shop management or CRO role.
