Role Description The US is currently being managed from Düsseldorf, but it needs someone who truly understands the market and can drive it forward. We're looking for a US Market Manager to own our American business across all three brands. This is not a pure shop management or CRO role. You'll be responsible for the commercial success of an entire market: - Shaping the product assortment - Identifying the right occasions and gifting moments - Driving revenue growth - Coordinating cross-functionally with our Product, Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Shop Optimization teams - Being the central point of accountability for all US market decisions Qualifications - Roughly 3 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in a D2C environment - Direct commercial responsibility in a previous role (P&L ownership, revenue targets, or market-level KPIs, not just campaign execution) - Strong understanding of what drives conversion and revenue in online retail - Strategic thinker who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing hands-on - US native or deep, lived expertise in American consumer culture and the gifting calendar (Mother's Day timing, graduation season, the holiday ramp-up) - Based in the EU, ideally Germany (time zone overlap with the core team is essential, and you'll visit our Düsseldorf office regularly in the first months) - Fluent English is a must; German is a plus but not required Requirements - To be direct about the fit: If your background is primarily in B2B, wholesale, or marketplace management, this probably isn't the right role. We need someone with hands-on D2C e-commerce experience. - Similarly, if you're coming from a senior director or VP-level position and are looking for a large team to manage, this is a hands-on builder role with a lean setup. Role Description As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee the relationship between StandardAero Business Aviation and your territory customers, both in sales and customer relations. This RSM will be expected to travel to generate prospects, formulate work scopes, and finalize the sale of aircraft maintenance, repairs, and/or modifications.
