Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required
- MBA, Master's degree, CPA, and/or CFA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role such as CFO, VP Finance, or similar executive position
- Experience leading FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or other major growth initiatives
- Experience managing complex, fast-growing organizations
- Experience within a private equity-backed or investor-supported environment preferred

Role Description Muse Group is hiring a Group Finance Director to build and scale the next generation of its global Finance organization. This is a hands-on builder and operator role. The mandate is to create a Finance function that delivers reliable execution, practical insight, strong controls, clear cash visibility, and greater operating leverage across the company. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, systems, AI, and business execution. You will own the execution and delivery of the Finance work required to support Muse’s commercial ambition and enterprise governance. You will build the Finance domain within Muse Operating System, strengthen the function from the bottom up, and make the company easier to run as it scales. This role is open for candidates from the UK or Cyprus.
