• Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of clients, overseeing full funnel media planning, testing roadmaps, forecasting, measurement, and long-term account growth spanning key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube. • Serve as a strategic advisor by connecting media performance, creative strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural moments to deliver meaningful business results. • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, raising the quality of work, and fostering strategic thinking across the practice. • Partner closely with creative teams and clients to shape creative strategy, identifying winning concepts, testing opportunities, and optimization recommendations through performance data. • Establish best practices across planning, campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and innovation while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams. • Translate complex performance data into compelling, executive-level narratives and represent Code3 through client presentations, platform partnerships, and new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid social experience, including hands-on platform expertise and a proven track record developing full funnel strategies for eCommerce brands.
  • Deep expertise across at least five major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams while establishing best practices and elevating strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, testing methodologies, and how cultural trends can be leveraged to drive stronger business outcomes.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required); digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying, Google Analytics, etc.) are preferred.

Role Description Vortala is seeking an experienced PPC Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Paid Traffic Specialists while driving the strategy and performance of our paid advertising services. Our clients are primarily chiropractic and dental practices with a straightforward goal: generate more new patients. This role is accountable for ensuring paid advertising delivers measurable lead generation and ROI for those clients. This is a hands-on leadership role. The majority of time (~70%) is spent overseeing and optimizing campaigns directly, with the remaining focus on mentoring the team, refining processes, and elevating overall service quality. Beyond day-to-day management, this role carries real strategic weight. You’ll have a strong voice in shaping Vortala’s paid advertising direction including refining our Google and Meta offerings, improving how we operate, and identifying opportunities to expand into new platforms and services. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, collaborates well, and makes the team around them better.
