• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Schlüsselkunden sowie Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften. • Identifikation von Umsatzpotenzialen innerhalb bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und nachhaltiger Ausbau des Kundenportfolios. • Erkennung neuer Projektchancen bei Bestandskunden und Begleitung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. • Kalkulation und Erstellung technisch sowie wirtschaftlich fundierter Angebote. • Zentrale Ansprechperson für technische und kaufmännische Fragestellungen auf Kundenseite. • Koordination von Kundenanforderungen mit Engineering, Fertigung, Einkauf und Quality. • Begleitung der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen gemeinsam mit internen Fachbereichen. • Aktive Mitarbeit an Umsatzplanung, Forecasts und Budgetprozessen. • Analyse von Marktbewegungen, Erkennung relevanter Trends und Durchführung regelmäßiger Kundentermine im DACH Raum.
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Metalltechnik, Mechatronik, Nanotechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder Key Account Management.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen, zu bewerten und in passende Lösungsansätze zu übersetzen.
- Erfahrung in Angebotskalkulation sowie im projektorientierten B2B Umfeld.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in Halbleiter, Beschichtung, Medizintechnik oder Präzisionsfertigung.
- Souveränes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Verhandlungsfähigkeit im internationalen Kundenumfeld.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.
