• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Studio Operations professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Own workforce planning, staffing, utilization, and capacity across multiple Business Units. • Ensure studios operate efficiently by improving processes, workflows, and operational standards. • Monitor studio health through capacity planning, workload distribution, forecasting, and performance metrics. • Act as the operational escalation point for complex staffing, delivery, and workflow challenges. • Partner with Studio Leaders, Project Managers, Account teams, and Creative teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution. • Support pre-sales solution design by translating customer requirements into scalable staffing and delivery models. • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account teams to align operational priorities. • Use operational data to identify trends, improve performance, and inform business decisions. • Drive operational consistency across Business Units by implementing governance, best practices, and scalable ways of working.

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience leading operations, workforce planning, resource management, or delivery teams within a creative, agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning, utilization management, staffing, and operational performance.
