Role Description The Coordinator of Anesthesia Clinical & Operations Integration supports the planning, coordination, and execution of anesthesia program launches and practice integrations across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Anesthesia Clinical & Operations Integration, this role assists in the operational activation and stabilization of newly awarded anesthesia programs. This role plays a critical part in coordinating cross-functional activities required for successful integration of anesthesia practices, supporting site readiness efforts, and maintaining integration tools, documentation, and operational playbooks that enable consistent program launches across the organization.
