We are seeking a Capital Raise Coordinator to support investor relations, capital markets coordination, and fundraising operations. This role plays a critical part in managing investor pipelines, organizing capital outreach efforts, preparing investor materials, and supporting due diligence processes. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with experience in investor relations, capital markets, business development, private equity, project finance, or infrastructure fundraising who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Manage and track all inbound and outbound investor communications within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Affinity, etc.) Coordinate investor meetings, capital briefings, webinars, and follow-up communications Maintain investor pitch decks, data room materials, executive bios, and FAQs Support due diligence processes, including NDAs, investor questionnaires, term sheets, and subscription agreements Assist with roadshows, conferences, and virtual capital raise events Prepare investor reports, engagement dashboards, and capital activity summaries Research and develop target lists of family offices, sovereign funds, private equity firms, and development finance institutions Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up across all capital interactions
Job Requirements
