Role Description As a Small-Medium Enterprise Business Developer in the career transition services industry, your mission will be to drive 100% outbound sales efforts to help organizations support their transitioning employees. You will engage HR Leaders and Business Owners, positioning LHH’s career transition solutions as strategic investments in workforce resilience. You will prospect new clients, build lasting relationships, and leverage innovative sales technology to manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract negotiation. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional driven to meet or exceed annual revenue targets, strong technical fluency in sales tools, and a passion for growth, innovation, and client impact. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations leaders. - Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development. - Experience in workforce solutions, HR tech, or professional services preferred.
