• Drive long-lasting improvements for millions of farmed animals • Maximise returns in already successful income streams, such as major gifts and individual giving • Support the expansion of additional income streams, such as legacies, community and corporate • Grow supporter base and raise essential income • Collaborate with a Digital Fundraising Lead, Philanthropy Lead, and Head of Development • Manage legacy inquiries, communications, and campaigns • Support community and corporate fundraising strategies • Provide administrative support for key events and initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Ideally have fundraising experience across a variety of relevant income streams

Position Summary: The Senior Research Administrator will be responsible for both Central Office and Departmental level Research Administration. The Administrator will coordinate and provide a wide range of pre-award and post-award services for the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research. II. This position will use a high degree of judgment and problem-solving skills to communicate and apply all appropriate policies and procedures throughout the sponsored project life cycle. - Contribute to the implementation of Institutional wide procedures and policies, both financial and operational as it relates to sponsored awards management and research administration. IV. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree and 7 or more years of experience in sponsored research administration or related experience required. Preferable in an academic setting. - A demonstrated understanding of federal policies and cost principles in order to ensure the proper stewardship of sponsored funds. - Strong communication skills in order to effectively manage conflicting views or issues to mediate fair solutions. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications. - Ability to independently seek out answers from the appropriate federal compliance and regulatory resource(s) and/or the hospital technical expert(s). - The ideal candidate is self-directed, can prioritize duties and meet multiple deadlines independently with minimal supervision, while using a high degree of judgment, and handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
