Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and drive design improvements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the crypto industry is preferred, especially in payments, finance, or card-related products

Role Description We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead design for Lightspeed Wholesale (NuORDER) — the B2B platform where the world's leading brands and retailers do business together.
