In dieser Schlüsselrolle übersetzt du anspruchsvolle statistische Erkenntnisse in handfeste Business-Empfehlungen für unsere Kunden und stehst unseren Consulting-Teams bei komplexen Datenfragen beratend zur Seite. - Methodische Beratung & Measurement: Du konzipierst und begleitest ganzheitliche Test-Szenarien (wie A/B-Tests auf Plattform-Ebene, Multi-Touch-Attribution sowie Incrementality- und Lift-Studien), die wissenschaftlichen Standards entsprechen und im Business-Alltag funktionieren. - Data Translation & Storytelling: Du analysierst komplexe Marketing- und Medieneffekte und übersetzt technische Ergebnisse in verständliche, visuelle Storys sowie konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kunden (z. B. bezüglich der Budgetallokation). - Proaktive Ad-hoc-Analysen: Du formulierst eigenständig Hypothesen und führst tiefergehende Analysen durch (z. B. Kohortenanalysen, User Journey- und Causal-Impact-Analysen), um proaktiv neue strategische Wachstumspotenziale aufzudecken. - Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Du agierst als wichtiges Bindeglied, indem du bei komplexen Modellierungen eng mit unseren Data-Science-Spezialisten kooperierst und gleichzeitig das Client Consulting mit leicht verständlichen, datengetriebenen Insights befähigst. - Strategischer Sparringspartner: Du berätst sowohl interne Teams als auch Kunden auf Augenhöhe, indem du komplexe Datenlandschaften vereinfachst und als Orientierungshilfe für zukunftsweisende Marketingentscheidungen strukturierst. Qualifications - Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer analytischen Rolle (z. B. Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Campaign Analytics) – idealerweise im Agentur-, Beratungs- oder Tech-Umfeld. - Fundiertes Verständnis der angewandten Statistik (Signifikanztests, Power-Analysen, Korrelation vs. Kausalität) sowie praktische Erfahrung mit statistischen Verfahren wie Regressionen und Clustering. - Sicher im Umgang mit Excel für schnelles Prototyping, Nutzung von SQL (z. B. BigQuery) zur Datenextraktion und Beherrschung gängiger BI-Tools (Power BI, Tableau oder Looker) – Kenntnisse in Python oder R sind ein starkes Plus. - Verständnis der Datenstrukturen moderner Marketing-Plattformen (z.
