• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Support negotiations by preparing documentation and analyzing proposed terms. • Maintain centralized systems for tracking contract status, renewals, and compliance requirements. • Ensure timely execution and storage of agreements for audit readiness. • Serve as a resource for TCN members regarding contract-related inquiries and processes. • Prepare templates and guidance documents for members to streamline contracting activities. • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory and quality standards. • Maintain HIPAA Business Associate Agreements and update as needed. • Work closely with payer engagement, credentialing, and finance teams to align contract terms with operational needs. • Develop and maintain operational and recordkeeping systems for efficient performance and audit records of TCN and member contracts and agreements. • Prepare support resources for members and internal use. • Connect with other TCN employees to ensure coordination of contracts between departments, as indicated. • Strive to create and enhance the quality of contract-related product offerings to TCN members and clients. • Assist with process improvement activities that will benefit core duties. • Provide standard and ad hoc reports in user-friendly formats to TCN leaders and members. • Resolve all work-related problems promptly and use good judgment in escalating important issues to leadership. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Conduct research and draft responses for a variety of post-conviction motions • Conduct research and draft memorandums on questions of law for direct appeals pending before the court and pretrial motions for criminal cases pending at the Federal Court. • Examines, prepares, and processes a wide variety of technical legal documents that are characteristically voluminous and complex in format. Reviews incoming materials and determines the need for assembly and preparation of a variety of legal documents, e.g., motions, orders, answers, pleadings, subpoenas, etc. Obtains needed information from case files, law enforcement agencies, civil client agencies, or other sources, and submits completed legal documents to the appropriate client assistant attorney for review and approval. Prepares such legal actions as indictments, complaints, search warrants, judgments, applications, notices, affidavits, summonses, subpoenas, rules to show cause, proofs of claim, motions for summary judgment, dismissals, satisfactions of judgment, etc. Ensures legal documents are in conformance with rules governing style and format; • Provides assistance to client attorneys in preparing trial notebooks, assembling jury instructions, compiling witness and exhibit lists. Prepares discovery for plaintiffs and/or defendants in accordance with governing rules and regulations and with the approval of the assigned attorneys. Uses original and online legal resources to verify citations and statutory references contained in legal documents and to ensure citations are complete and consistent with source material; • Composes original letters not requiring legal interpretations, but that require a good working knowledge of legal and administrative procedures and terminology; • Produces a variety of written documents and materials utilizing a wide range of office software applications; • Establishes and maintains a variety of files for client assistant attorneys. Searches legal reference files for information needed by client assistant attorneys in conducting interviews and preparing correspondence. Assemble exhibits, affidavits, and other legal documents from file material. Assembles and organizes files and records material for disposition or transfer to records depositories in accordance with established procedures; and • Produces a variety of written documents and materials utilizing a wide range of office software applications. For example, assignments may include integrating output from different software types, e.g., tables produced by database applications and charts and graphs produced by electronic spreadsheet applications, into word processing or desktop publishing text.

• Own day-to-day service delivery execution across assigned districts, managing a portfolio tied to annual revenue targets aligned to National, East, or West regional accounts • Lead delivery conversations with district stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress toward contract goals • Guide district partners toward solutions aligned with Presence’s service model • Proactively escalate misalignments between customer expectations and operational capacity • Drive referral and student flow, removing operational barriers to convert commitments into active services • Partner with Referral Management and Staffing teams to efficiently action incoming referrals • Manage provider alignment across districts, ensuring proper support based on caseload, skillset, and availability • Maintain visibility into referral pipeline, fulfillment timelines, and provider capacity • Keep customers informed and manage internal expectations around delivery feasibility • Track and influence referral viability, activation timelines, and ongoing referral velocity • Monitor service delivery performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Address quality or performance concerns and support corrective actions • Drive provider retention across your portfolio • Monitor service outcomes tied to contract success and revenue realization • Surface risks early and take action to mitigate delivery gaps • Identify stalled referral flow and escalate risks to Revenue Account Managers when needed • Ensure Presence Standards are met during onboarding and rollout • Share insights with Revenue Account Managers to support renewals and upsells • Provide operational visibility to inform revenue strategy • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and strengthen the district experience

• This position is for an experienced fire alarm and low voltage technician. • This person will be responsible for installing, servicing, and certifying life safety systems and related components in commercial environments according to local & national codes and standards. • Qualified individuals will be expected to initiate and complete projects independently according to assigned schedules. • Familiarity with fire alarm systems and related components is expected. • The position would include pulling wire, installing panels, power supplies, devices, and related components for installing the fire alarm system, with a strong focus on exceptional quality and workmanship. • In addition to fire alarm we service, install and maintain nurse call systems, keypads, maglocks, access control along with other fire protection systems and devices.
