Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of software development experience as a hands-on lead/manager/architect
- 10+ years in architecture, design, and development of large-scale, durable, and reliable full-stack SaaS applications
- 7+ years building and leading strong engineering teams in remote environments
- 5+ years of experience in relational data modeling and SQL/RDBMS
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and fast-paced environments
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare tech or clinical research is a plus
- Knowledge of security standards (HIPAA, PCI DSS) is beneficial
