• Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for an assigned ANZ portfolio, from early engagement through signed agreement and booked renewal. • Develop and execute account-level renewal strategies that protect recurring revenue, reduce churn, and improve forecast accuracy. • Lead commercial and contractual renewal discussions with customer stakeholders, including pricing, terms, timing, procurement coordination, and partner or reseller considerations where relevant. • Build strong working relationships with ANZ customer stakeholders and internal account teams to drive timely decisions and high-quality renewal outcomes. • Monitor customer health, utilization, support history, and business context to identify risk early and coordinate practical mitigation plans. • Maintain accurate renewal pipeline, forecasting, notes, next steps, and activity tracking in Salesforce and related systems. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product to remove blockers, align on strategy, and ensure smooth commercial execution. • Identify and qualify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with the account team, while keeping retention as the primary focus. • Support customers through Flex and other consumption-related renewal decisions, helping them understand usage patterns and commercial options ahead of renewal. • Use AI-powered tooling and structured workflows to surface renewal risk earlier, improve preparation, and move faster on the commercial activities that matter most.

Job Requirements

  • Experience owning or materially contributing to end-to-end SaaS or subscription renewals, including forecasting, negotiation, and closing activities.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing commercial discussions with confidence, including pricing, procurement, contract timing, and renewal structuring.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and comfort using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, along with spreadsheets and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Strength in identifying churn and contraction risk early and coordinating mitigation with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other support teams in a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Skill in managing a portfolio of renewal accounts at scale while prioritizing high-impact opportunities and risks.
  • Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust with both customers and internal partners.
  • Familiarity with partner-led or reseller-involved renewals is strongly valued.
  • Openness to learning GitLab’s platform, processes, and evolving commercial motions, with transferable experience welcomed from renewals, account management, sales, or customer success roles.

To meet the needs of disconnected youth, ages 14-26 years old, the Children’s Aid has developed a state-of-the-art center staffed by multi-disciplinary team of professionals committed to preparing and supporting young people as they transition to adulthood. NGC offers a full range of services, including youth leadership and life skills training, a transitional employment program, educational guidance and tutoring, housing assistance, legal services, counseling, and arts and recreation. Youth are also able to receive life coaching and referrals for other supportive resources focused on their needs. NGC has a contract from the New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) to provide a range of services to youths who are victims of a crime or witness to a crime. Services will include counseling, therapy, case management, assistance in obtaining crime victim compensation funds and other services. NGC is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support this program. Essential Duties: - Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures. - Conduct outreach, engagement, marketing and recruiting activities to CA sites (community schools, preventive, etc.), partner organizations, youth members of the CA Next Generation Center, and community members of the South Bronx and northern Manhattan areas. - Work collaboratively with program staff in the development of new protocols and practices. - Accept and manage referrals. - Conduct thorough assessments of the needs (medical and mental health treatment and other benefits and services) of crime victims. - Assess youth for trauma symptoms and emotional/psychological. - Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed. - Participate in required trainings, including Motivational Interviewing, to ensure effective service implementation. - Assist participants in completing compensation claim applications including obtaining required documentation. - Review law enforcement, medical provider, and other social service reports to evaluate relevant issues. - Advocate on behalf of participants for benefits and services. - Accompany participants to court, police stations, and other appointments as needed. - Provide follow-up to ensure needs are met and address additional issues as they arise. - Collaborate with youth on the development of treatment plans and goals. - Maintain accurate and thorough records on each client as well as required OVS tracking forms. - Collaborate with OVS Therapist on completion of monthly and quarterly OVS reports. - Participate in weekly clinical supervision, weekly team meetings, staff meetings and other duties required by supervisor. - Work collaboratively with NGC staff to provide engaging programming. - Perform other job duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in social work or higher in a related field required.
