• Understand and address customer needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. • Respond efficiently and accurately to contacts, explaining all possible solutions courteously and professionally. • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients. • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. • Understand and strive to comply or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service. • Be a part of and actively participate in all training, coaching and any other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and position. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience (Contact Center or Retail)
  • Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with computers, especially our CRM and tools
  • Knowledge of any of the following a plus: iCasino and Online Sports Betting

Role Description The Processing Support Specialist manages the process of changing customer plans and urgent projects that consist of implementing plan and feature changes with specific deadlines for clients. This role develops and maintains a vast knowledge of the carrier portals, along with the plans, features and discounts offered from each carrier. This role enhances the overall client experience and shows the value of Ten4 Mobility by providing a quick turnaround for all internal implementations; clients see immediate savings without having to wait for the carriers. - Analyze audits with multiple Ten4 Mobility LLC team members to discuss necessary voice, text and data changes, as well as suggest additional recommendations. - Process time sensitive plan and feature changes through the AT&T, Verizon and/or Sprint Premier Portals. - Accurately represent Ten4 Mobility LLC and services in a professional manner. - Download, create, and share with specific team members the live data usage reports for clients on an as needed basis. - Make necessary pool and plan adjustments based on data usage. - Prepare audits, pull equipment reports, and create change sheets for submission to carriers for specific clients. - Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the relationship to our clients. - Provide backup support to team members as needed. - Occasional travel, as needed. - Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. - Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
