Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager Hong Kong Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Hybrid Some of the things you’ll be doing: · Manage a portfolio of BVI & Cayman entities, including incorporation, maintenance, statutory compliance, and filings · Sound understanding of Cayman fund structures (e.g., exempted companies, SPCs, LPs) and the operational/compliance needs of fund clients, including governance expectations and administrator interactions, etc · Support registered agent / registered office services, including RA/RO–related corporate governance and regulatory work (aligned with offshore providers’ service scope) · Prepare and review compliance documentation, annual returns, economic substance filings, and other regulatory submissions for offshore jurisdictions · Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal teams; · Provide day to day advisory on company secretarial and governance matters · Organize board/shareholder meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, resolutions, and meeting packs · Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure high quality service delivery What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? · Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines · Minimum 5-7 years company secretarial experience in corporate services, professional firms, or offshore service providers.
